Im not going to lie, listening to the VAs talk in the dev livestreams, literally feels like they're talking to literal 5 year olds. It's so fucking bad.
Summertide Scales and Tales might be one of the biggest Ws in Genshin and it's temporary!? I don't believe they worked so hard on that zone to not have it permanently, 100% sure they will decide to leave it there by the time the update comes, either due to backlash or because they realized removing it after the event ends was the most stupid shit someone has ever suggested in that company.
just like how sumeru added the desert map later on, im sure natlan will also eventually bring in the volcano and dark stuff we all wanted, that said im not sure if i wanna come back, maybe ill try out natlan for a bit

God, if this is the way they think they have to talk their players imagine what they say to themselves when they read comments on how the game should be improved. I mean, we all know they don’t read that shit anyway, but imagine the scorn and disdain they must regard their players with. It’s fucking humiliating to be treated like this every gd patch.

I've been waiting for Tectone to react to this. Also this event seems skippable for me, but it's nice to see Tectone being happy about the new zone. Also yeah I was really sad that the new zone isn't a permanent one because I would definitely explore it at my own time. Also, would Tectone talk about how annoying how annoying the meta in Genshin is? I would love to see a video on that covered by Tectone.
Why is Tectone confused by the summer zone being temporary? I'm pretty sure he missed the last one (Bottleland), actually, did he even play the second one? With Fichl, Kazuha, Mona and Xynian? He played the Apple Archipelago, but did he play the rest? And he complained about it being temporary the first time too.
Also he critized Emily's VA's voice for sounding like a child when she wasn't even doing the character's voice, they don't do the character voices during the livestream commentary, she made the voice deeper for the character.
