  1. The game really still has a lot of potential, I don't know why tf are they not milking it. The game has a huge playerbase. I don't know why they are being cheap on giving out rewards especially on anniversary. They could do more in every aspects, I just don't get why are they holding it off or not even doing it. I like the game but it really could be better much much better cos right now it feels stale

  2. The privacy protection rating is what was the most wild to me. I already knew any rating involving customer feedback and resolution was going to be low and I didn't need this agency to confirm it for me. But the privacy protection rating one was odd to me because, unless leaks for the game are what is heavily influencing the rating, it otherwise suggests that Mihoyo's cyber security is much more vulnerable to cyber attacks than the other companies listed within the same category.

  3. Before people think something big might happen, no this report has nothing to do with what happened recently and neither does it have anything to do with rewards drama.

This is just general analysis of their customer service performance from the company (Not Genshin Specific). It's about stuff like bug issues, acc hacked, refund etc.

    That article is extremely misleading.

  4. just to clarify for people who don't really get it, this isn't because of the boycott. the company is under fire because they messed up in the routine inspection for customer service quality control. surprise surprise, they've been doing it for a while but real change takes time and we're only seeing the effects of last year's inspection now.
