I'm pretty curious to see what teccy thinks of 4.1 because I didn't really enjoy it tbh the prison section was like actually being in prison
I enjoyed sumeru and I'm enjoying fontaine too
Still a game for babies, maybe one day they will make the game difficult.

I had the same experience as necrit starting 8 months ago and just burning through a lot of content. I had a really good experience playing the game. the only thing I'm sad about is missing out on certain event weapons like festering desire.

I will never get why people say everyone can agree Genshin's combat is great. In my experience it's pretty shit. I wonder how little games people that think this must've played if they think the combat in Genshin feels good or is fun. It's just tedious.
No genshin didnt get better story quests are still a heaping pile of dog shit and STILL NO FCKING SKIP BUTTON!!!
Vivianne is easier with Nahida and Alhaitham.
Story and music-wise, Sumeru arc was objectively better than Fontaine. Fontaine story is also good but Sumeru's archon quest was very emotional. Fontaine archon story haven't reached it's climax yet so maybe that's why I haven't feel anything.

Genshin still lacks endgame content, long term objectives and purpose. It's still dead.
I felt the sumeru quest complaints so hard, all my desert areas are sitting at a crisp 0% exploration, and I have little/no plans of changing that
Those who hate Sumeru even it had the most plenty of World Exploration mechanics introduced from Mushroom Jumps, Stamina Flowers, Tarzan-like Blink Ropes, Primal Flame Keys, & many more. Had also the most New Gameplay Mechanics like the Dendro Reactions that can also affect World Explorations. Great Story Writing from Archon Quests, Story Quests, & even had the 3 of the Greatest World Quests. Had the most Character Interactions involved from Archon Quests in any Regions.
Even Dehya, Cyno, Candace, Nilou, Tighnari, & Alhaitham joined the Traveler & Paimon's adventures from the Desert up to the Forest to take down the Akademiya & Scaramouche. Plus Nahida was the only Archon who acted early to help the Traveler & Pa I'm on against the dark plans of the Sages & even against Dottore. Plus Nahida & Traveler vs Scaramouche is still the Best Fight in all Genshin Story so far, & its not even close…there's also Alhaitham vs Cyno…& Wanderer vs Cyno. The character attachments to those are still incomparable to any region, maybe except to Fontaine Chars which also have great & long parts in the Archon Quests.
King Deshret, Nabu Malikita, Rukkhadevatta, The Aranaras, Dunyarzard, Jeht, Babel, Liloupar, & Sorush had all the best lores & stories that Genshin ever made. They had the most Darkest, Funniest, & Tear-jerking stories in any World Quest & Lores. Plus Apep was the only Real Dragon Sovereign that we have seen in any region. Introductions to Nibelung, Caribert, Rene, & Egiria lores are some of the best in Genshin. Let alone the Multiple Char Interactions from the Akademiya Tournament Arc, the Bongohead Event, the TCG Kirara-Charlotte Worldwide Event, & the Klee-Eula-Kaeya-Collei-Kokomi-Idyia Amusement Park Event. Sumeru also got the Longest Archon Quests & World Quests which gave us more quality stories & more contents than any region gave.

Honestly the thing I loved the most at Fontaine was the swimming.
the floating cubes are in currently the whole thing is pretty cool im just tired of this billion dollar company not paying like 4 dudes and 4 women to voice act these side stories. it's not that hard to find 8 voice actors that can do multiple voices for minor roles they literally do it for everyones idle quotes i dont care about, but i either have to just skip story i kinda care about for time reasons or sit there and read for quite a while and it's just fucking annoying. like the quest with caterpillar in the fortress and then the quest that links to it with the oceanid and the narzissenkreuz institute and the mesulin somehow it's annoying all this really good shit that some how linked together isnt voiced

Sumeru is still whack, means you have a archon who is bullied by their own people, who also has to control the biggest area in entire map of tevat yet, while aranara quest is just idiotic long, Inazuma was hard but I loved inazuma and its purple and blue theam and songs.
Sumeru was the best Region in this whole game!! So I Strongly Disagree With Your Opinion about it 😉
