i see comments about how to get in when jumping off the shrine theres a floating platform with an electrogram on it get that then go to the barrier it will remove it! hope it helps

Alot of people are struggling because theres a purple barrier , to go through it teleport back up to shrine and then while coming down again you will see a floating platform with electrogram on it , get it and go through the shrine.
Hope this helps im bad at explaining ^^

You can go through barriers if ur electrogranum lvl is 8 so mby thats why u can't enter u should have upgraded ur Sakura tree before this event srry to say this TT
