In genshin every archon has a pet dragon (venti & dvalin, Zhongli & Azhdaja) so maybe Baal (Raiden shogun) has one too and it would be a weekly boss like the other 2, Idk, probably
True, Venti is literally the male version of Wendy the Herrscer of Wind.
Wendy, the Herscher of the Wind has a similar design wise to Venti, so it wouldn't be too far off to draw parallels like this
HoV also have powers over space and time, which means that, technically, she can travel through dimensions. It is also said in Honkai that a Herrscher is made to stop and control mankind, exactly what the Unknown God says she does.

Following the mc-archon pattern it looks very similar to the leaks
a bit late to the party but every archon might have a dragon of their own from what we have seen so far and they all might end up being weekly bosses. So while playable Raiden might not summon a dragon, she probably has one in the story.
