The rewards are trash. This is because if you check out Honkai Impact anniversary's rewards they give a rank S character as well other good things. A rank s character is the equivalent to a 5 ⭐ character. Also in Honkai Star Rails they give 10 free pulls for each version, which in Genshin that is just in the anniversary.
To get the reward, we have to make free advertisement for hohovers…
Anniversary should be rememberable… Last year i was happy even though the Rewards were same because of the Anime news…but what exactly happened this time?…We got same rewards and some cooking recipes!! ??… Bruhh…and the livestream was so long and kinda boring in the end that after 40 minutes i quit…

I don't understand how people actually believe that this is enough… "I've never given presents to others because its my birthday" well, you're a person, genshin is a game. And it's alive just because of the players, who for 3 years have been helping mihoyo, sending what could be better, what should change… first we felt ignored because nothing really changed, but later we understood that yes, they read our comments and put everything in their new game instead of Genshin. The anniversary were ridiculous since the beginning and since players are like "it's enough" "it's a free game" and whatever, nothing will change and the rewards might be worse next year. I really hope that some new game from another company is released and forces Mihoyo to change how they act towards us.
They could have let us choose a 5* from the Standard Banner imo (and no, I'm not only saying that because my chances of ever getting Diluc gets diluted with every character they add to the Standard Banner which makes me kinda salty, not at all) /j
Nah, tbh 20 free pulls is nice already. Could it be more? Yes. Would it be nice to get more? Of course. Is Hoyoverse required to give us more? No. They don't have to give us anything.
