took them 2 years to perfect and make sure the underwater mechanics is not a boring rehash of the land combat proves how I always say that we demand too much to this game that is so much open world than any other game. As I even explore glitch you'll notice everything is loaded in one instance. Example the eternal oasis is accessible if you glitch entirely below the sandstorm

I think that they have done very good job at capturing the beauty of water but I would also love to see a bit of terror bc ngl the oceans and seas are absolutely terrifying, like we’ve only explored 5% of them, and I would find it really cool if there was some sort of really scary and spooky place like further down bc we know that genshin can get spooky and dark if it wants. Even cooler if there was some sort of monster (like apep size) down there, even just in the distance swimming around or a faint shadow moving on the edge of the map. I know that it probably won’t happen but I can’t help but dream bc I am absolutely terrified but also intrigued by the ocean
