This quest only available during Windblume Festival Event. At Least AR 20. You need to run errand for Margaret. In first task you can pick either Dandelion or Windwheel Aster, after you pick them talk to Margaret to proceed to next task, blending the Drink by step :
Step Order :
1. Sweet Flower
2. Milk
3. Windwheel Aster
4. Sit
5. Dandelion Seed
6. Ice Cube
After the drink is complete and perfect, you need to deliver the drink to three people in Mondstadt.
