Top characters chosen by players to be used in spiral abyss 3.8.
This list is average of floor 11 and floor 12 only. It is to make it more accurate and understand which characters are more used in this cycle for the specific monsters.
It doesn’t consider Floors 9 and 10 as they are always the same monsters and characters in each cycle which made the list a bit monotonous and doesn’t reflect changes in teams based on specific ley line disorders and enemies. without these floors, we can actually see which characters are more or less used.
However, this list does not rank characters on “power” or “damage”, but more on characters that players used more than some other characters which can complete 36 stars in 3.8 cycle of Spiral Abyss. As a result, this list will keep changing with each abyss reset as each reset beings new monster lineup and different ley line disorders which are favorable to certain characters and unfavorable to other characters. That is why we can see some characters used more than others. It is also entirely possible that in future abyss cycles, the lower characters will rise up and popular ones can be lower.

This really desain for those who have cracked damage to nuke.
Even though I've taken a break from those abyss due to how annoying they've been lately, I still like to keep up on the usage data. Hands down Nahida is the best unit produced since Sumeru's debut, but Nilou bringing a whole new style to building teams and doing damage is probably a sign of things to come.

tbh i think Nahida will never stop appearing in the abyss characters tier lists because of how insanely useful and powerful her kit is, she's just incredibly usefull with so many element combos that i doubt she will ever get lower than top 5 characters, especially at higher constellations since all of hers are downright cheating by how pwoerful they make her

this survey had a tiny sample size of only around 500 and is unreliable, the one with a 84534 sample size had Nahida as first, Kazuha as second, Kokomi as third.
i guessed the top 3 right 😭 in the correct order too
hopefully the hydro Archon and nahida would have good synergy especially in terms of bloom and hyperbloom teams. nilou furina nahida and baizhu must be good🍀
