The only scenario where you would use electro goblet over attack is if you have her 5 star polearm and have 280% ER minimum. Everyone else using the catch and other weapons is going to want to stick to attack goblet to balance out the stats.

If you have 250% or more ER from emblem, substats, Baals ascension passive, and possibly your weapon (The catch, F2P ER weapons, 5*, etc.), wouldn't Atk/Atk/Crit or Crit Dmg OR Atk/Electro Goblet/ Crit or Crit Dmg be better? (I like the former better. My reasoning is just bc of diminishing returns on Electro dmg and how Baal's kit compliments ER into Electro Dmg so well). Unless you are pulling for Baal's BiS banner weapon, I think there's a lot of testing with regards to artifact stats that could be done.

Hey I just started playing genish and I’m stuck on the island with the statue of seven the first one you get on and I was wondering if you cloud tell me how to get off it because I watched a tutorial and painom idk how to spell her name but she was there for the persons tutorial and she wasn’t the for me and some one told me that you need to kill a serten amount of those slime on the island and they said the slimes will stop spawning and you’ll get a item and I was kill the slimes for a while and dint get a item and they kept spawning so I was just asking if you could make a video or tell me how to get off of it to continue the game

Your substats on your electro goblet are amazing, use it.
Many people advice an Att% goblet because yes, it is true you need to balance Att% and Electro/Burst Dmg, since they are multiplied
and easy math shows that the area of a rectangle is maximized in the square case, when width and height are equal (ie. 5×5 > 6×4 > 7×3 …)
However, people forget that you have MUCH more ways to boost your Att from external factors.
In a properly build comp, you will use an att buffer (Bennet, Sara or even both), food also, while Electro/Burst Dmg is only boosted by
a few special external sources like swirl combos with Viridescent Venerer.
Yes, baal has an unusual amount of Electro/Burst Dmg builtin, and has the severed fate 4 piece bonus … but I seriously doubt
all of it go so high that the formula gets overbalanced toward Electro/Burst Dmg when everything is accounted for.
All of this being said, even if Att% end up being lower than Electro/Burst Dmg in the formula, the slight damage difference is definitely
not worth in your specific case of a godly rolled electro goblet.
