Plot twist: Scaramouche is one of the three supposed to be baal puppet, However it's powers were cruel so baal's sealed it and then the fatui stole it and modify it to unsealed its powers, that's why we have scaramouche, which means he is powerful as Ei, even yae miko don't bother challenging him instead giving the gnosis…
I missed the event when scaramouche first appeared, this scene was different for me
