Genshin Impact Recipe #51 / Invigorating Pizza / Jean's Specialty

Jean’s specialty. This pizza almost seems more art than food. Just one slice is enough to have you raring to go. Is this what keeps Jean working so hard?

  2. You know I would love to see a "Show or Game Recipe done my way." series. I've noticed a handful of these you have certain critiques you want to try, I'd love to see those versions!

  3. Hum, I am going to try cabbage on the next pizza I make. I have not tried that before.

With your crust, you mentioned it was a bit bready for you. You can thin it out as you mentioned, but there is something else that can be done. Traditionally, pizza dough is made with extra fine ground flour rather then normal all purpose. The extra fine flour gives it a more silky, less bready texture.

  4. I think your recipe is wrong, i use 1 stick butter that translate to 113g (from google) and 500ml cream. I had too much white sauce in the end 😓
I use another dough recipe tho, is the recipe supposed to be 2 big pan of pizza?
But I use the same amount of flour 😔

  5. Despite having the cooking skills of a toddler, I tried making the pizza! Somehow I ended up with almost 3 times the amount of dough, and I still had trouble with the yeast lol
Me and my family ate from it for three days, and we can eat A LOT, but after that we gave up and had to throw the rest away. It was simply too much. The pizza was very delicious though.
