The Shop for the Geo Sigils is in Liyue Harbor. You can teleport to the north waypoint in the city und then turn around and follow the street to the left. Basically walk in the direction of the other waypoint. The shop is about halfway towards the other waypoint and on the right side. There is also a sign on the map
Barbara lied a whole bunch during her hangout, and mentioned she makes up excuses to get away from people.

The Mailed Flower is actually a pretty good weapon. One of the better 4 star weapons. It has high base attack for a 4 star weapon with the Elemental Mastery substat. It's great for characters that can trigger elemental reactions a lot like Diluc and Sayu with there elemental skill.
