I'm tired of the idea that Yae is an archon, it is, very sad to have two archons and not being able to separate archons from other entities. Everyone in Teyvat has all kinds of haircolor, but ONLY archons have a second color, but this second color is the color of the element they command. When they use the elemental burst, this haircolor intesifies.
I really hope this clears things up
Some nitpicks:
1. The term "theorycrafting" is the analysis of game mechanics not lore…
2. Scaramouche isn't connected at all to the Electroculi… In lore, Anemoculi is described as something sacred to Barbatos. Meanwhile, Geoculi is said to be a tribute to Morax… Electroculi will probably be something special to the Electro archon if anything. Plus, the Scaramouche design thing is probably not in any way related to the electroculi.
The real electro archon will have hair that has a purple gradient, just like Venti and Zhongli have one of their respective colours that glow whenever they use their abilities. Whoever has that purple gradient should be the electro archon, unless Mihoyo decides to change things.

It's either Noelle, or barbara or xiangling (basically the characters who u get as default without gacha). They never have their own test run and are instead given as support for other test run characters.

The girl in the livestream is not the electro archon Baal/Raiden. She’s Yae Guuji/Miko/Sakura (not sure what her full name is). Yae has pink hair with no secondary colour. All archons up till now (Venti and Zhongli) have had hair with secondary colours which match the colour of their element. Venti has Green highlights at the end of his braids while Zhongli has orange highlights at the end of his ponytail. Whenever an Archon uses their burst, their highlights glow. All archons also have irises that match the colour of their element. Yae from the 1.5 livestream does have purple eyes but she doesn’t have the purple highlights in her hair. People should stop jumping to conclusions about characters we barely know.
