If you just avoid the geo atracks (he'll glow gold as he charges it up, giving you time to step back), and just parry his white square ground attack and his white twirl attack (both flash white when you need to parry) then it should successfully complete the achievements. Also, building traveler pure physical with a crapton atk goes a long way. She won't need any em or er for this, so just straight up atk and crit.
