This is exactly what happened to me and my team died due to this! I was so upset as at that time I was begginer and he just had 10 hp left (as you might remember how hard he is for newbies)

Bruh I faced this every time I fight it
omg fighting this boss was really pain in the butt. so annoying when he dropped those icicles out of nowhere >:v
I used Razor (DPS), Fischl (Battery and damage support), Qiqi (Heals, and superconduct), and Xiangling (Damage support+melting the snowboard) to beat this on my main acc in 3 minutes. On my alt acc, because I was already experienced on it, I killed it in 50s or more, with Razor (DPS), Diona (Superconduct plus shield plus healing), Hu Tao (For crit bonus, and a filler DPS), and Bennett (Healing + ATK bonus)
I dont care about crazy mode snowboar, even its goes into crazy mode, I can kill it
I just care about the meat
Lmao that is what always happens to me whenever I fight the great snowboar king i thought it was normal
