Honestly, I smell Drama Farming on this developer notes.
1.) Another "things" that no one asked / needed — aka tailored made for noobs / babies.
2.) Bait & Switch tactics on that last part (2 Enhancements) Yeah sure +2 hits on low value on your desired stat or High Roll Value on the FLAT ATK / HP or DEF.
— Anticipation for the next patch = NON-EXISTENT

I like to think Hoyo is planning some kind of endless battle stream, where you have to use all your characters and make multiple teams. Your score depends on how well each team you can make does in a certain amount of time. Which would explain why they're trying desperately to encourage us to build more characters in this time…………. Or they just had to give us something for an update and system optimizations are easier than brand new events

Nothing of that serves me, I have almost everything and all my perosnajes are already ascended, the materials anyway I have them, and the frost… still not convinced me
Completely unimpressive tediousness.
Still no skip button
Still cant farm any talent material i want at any day i want
Still cant run around the world without my stamina dropping to 0 (with no enemies nearby)
Still cant increase the abyss rewards
Still cant increase chest rewards (follow a seelie for 3 nautical miles to get a normal chest)
Still cant enhance and optimize the bounty system (i love grinding like a bot for 9 weeks just to get a glider i like)
Still cant change the climbing system
Still cant make an event that gives double drops for artifact domains
The list goes on… Glad i moved on to zzz and wuwa
as an ar60 player i found these updates not useful for me but these may work for new players.
As much as we make fun of Genshin for taking forever to introduce these QoL changes, we do have to remember that the original person in charge was stingy af compared to now.
That weapon thing is gonna save me so much time cuz I i don't want to be looking up guides on every character all the time especially if I wanna build them on a whim (^～^;)ゞ

If the wanted us to level up with ease the they should increase the resin generation and cap to 240-300 and remove the 3 day talent mat distribution.

useless updates…theres so much more they can do like resin regeneration and boss drops but yeah nvm
Build up characters with ease huh with 180 resin everyday requiring about 40-45 days of resin to upgrade 1 character to level 90 and its talents to 8 6 6 and i haven't calculated for artifacts in it.
Btw leveling 1 artifact to lvl 20 requires 256k mora and we have 5 of those on 1 character and most probably farming and testing upgrading diff peices will take more resin so hoyo totally wants us to build our character 😂🎉
Meh. Good for new players, but for long time players this is nothing.
