Before dendro in 3.0, eula was considered great in meta. After 3.0 many people didn't want to consider Eula great potential, because dendro reactions are way too easy to achieve. Physical dmg is universal and it doesn't consider elemental resistance in the event. Eula is very f2p friendly and she always struggle alone against the meta. Well done 👍

How did you keep the thunder manifestation in one place throughout. Also what about it's square shaped lightning strike that deals damage continuously for a long duration (which can even sometimes break zhongli shield), why didn't it do that attack on you?

If you dodge all of its attacks, the Thunder Manifestation boss would not lock on you and enrage (in turn doing more lethal attacks and fly all over the place). The in-game description of the event actually mentions this mechanic.
