  6. Asmond is going to watch the trailer for 9.7 and see the cryo archon becoming an eldritch horror after fusing with the the seven gnosis and have no clue of what's going on because he hasn't even downloaded the game yet

  7. I do wish they had in game, game play to see how it physically looks in game. However Genshin has gained my complete trust that even with a cinematic that has no in game play. I know the character design and skills will look great. Which is not a trust that I give lightly. The only games I gave trust in them just making a great game/character was Halo – Halo Reach, CoD World At War and Modern Warfare 1-3, and Final Fantasy 6-10. Final Fantasy let me down with FF11-14 but FF 15 story was pretty good and had some pretty good side content and good graphics and pretty cool skills.

Tfw Asmongold is bold enough to dip his toes in the Genshin waters while clowns like Angry Joe 🤡 would rather give Fifa, Madden, NBA, the new Saints Row reboot and other 💩 games his hard earned money and ⛱️ about it instead of playing Genshin for free cuz "ew gacha" is apparently more draconic than whatever EA, Squeenix, Konami, Ubisoft, Activision-Blizzard and whatever other greedy companies did there…which is a lot of microtransaction, NFT and other milking bs.

    If you read this (I doubt it) I know you hate gacha AJ but damn that's some dense af 💩.

  12. I've been waiting for her for a loooooong time, but after playing her in the trial and reading other online opinions, I have to pass on summoning for her…sure, waifu is usually more important than damage, but I just don't see myself ever using her over other pyro characters….

  13. Smart girl. If you intend to kill people in your job, you want to be a soldier with a government backing you, not a mercenary: they all seem to have families and friends, and the way the profession goes you might actually have those people at your back a couple of years later. To me Dehya's kit seems well suited for keeping enemies away from an ally or area and applying pressure without being too dependent on tricks like freezing that have an obvious if rarely employed counter… and that's something I'd like another option for. The odds of my getting her during her initial banner are poor (although I will pull for her and Cyno once I hit 3.2k primogems, as I have neither), but I'll likely have her anyway at some point even if Qiqi's remained elusive thus far under that same principle. Works for me.

  16. If only he knew how badly she's being reviewed as. From what I know: she scales with HP stats, has too much knock back, damage numbers are too small for a 5 star and her elemental damage intervals are too far apart to compete with other characters.
    The shortest interval for dealing an elemental status is about .5 seconds and longest 'was' 1.5 seconds. So the numbers people who played with her in the beta calculated a good number of possibilities to make things work for her but found she dealt the lowest damage numbers among 5 star characters. Hopes are she get reworked or buffed but there's no hope there.

  18. I'm really liking Genshin so far, been playing it about a week. My only concern is the gambling aspect of it. Aside from the free characters they give you (which all seem to be ranked the lowest of the low compared to the other characters), I feel like I won't be able to get any good characters for my roster. It's making me almost want to quit the game because I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars, but at the same time I'm having a blast with it. Not quite sure how to go about it.

  30. Best design characters from Sumeru and Worst 5 star character ever in terms of numbers and kit. Thx Mihoyo, you outdone yourself, but well.. Waifu > Meta.

  32. There's like two (well game playing wise) sides to genshin community.

    The meta chasers.

    The f it I like it players.

    Meta chasers are tossing dehya aside, which is fine cuz meta be chasing and be changing.

    The f it players actually just enjoy the game with what they like.

    This difference mainly stems from liking prosthetics, or liking function. When you keep that in mind, the two sides of the community can't really bicker about characters as much as they do.

  38. This game only has waifu, I'm more about collecting husbando. I get people don't wanna look at guys all day. But for me RPGs are a chance for me to step into the character I choose. So I don't wanna be a female
