EDIT: For all you people wondering, a Whiteblind on equivalent refines will outdps the WGS during Q (Which is pretty much all the time on a main dps Noelle) on a C6 Noelle.
I have a R4 Whiteblind and it deals the same damage at the cost of giving up non-Q damage.
