  8. why they keep adding tcg and not more QoL? the gadget thing is groundbreaking already, i hope they focused more on that rather than a niche mini game

  13. It's quite clear who was the one who made a lot of complaints and told Tubby to make a card room in Traveler's pot dimension instead of doing stuff in Mondstadt:

    Zhongli, who recently became available for challenging. But he doesn't want to travel so much.

    Of course Tubby, a minor adepti, will quickly oblige his boss.

This might not be obvious if you play the game as intended, but one of the reasons why Tubby's room got added was because in order to get Inazuma cards you had to have completed Raiden's second story quest (thus be AR40) otherwise they'd be locked. It's Lore interfering with gameplay instead of enhancing it, since the "story" behind the duel invites was that characters were physically travelling to Mondstadt to duel you and Inazuma would still be "locked" for travelling until that story quest is completed.

    It was a hindrance for people who had to miss out on Yoimiya, Ayaka etc until this update and it probably would've made more problems if it wasn't addressed for such a big update.

  24. FINALLY WE HAVE MORE COUCHES! I was tired of using the white-ish Mondstadt couch everywhere. It didn't fit in some of my teapot designs. Now I just want a Liyue, Inazuma and Sumeru style couch to better fit each of the mansions

  27. Gadget Swap is an improvement in the right direction. but I prefer to be able to use 2 gadgets at the same time.

    For example, in underground chasm, i wanna be able to use the Light Stone and the Treasure Compass simultaneously. Yes, the gadget swap makes things faster to change gadgets, but it doesn’t address the need of players to be able to use 2 gadgets at the same time.

    Another example is i wanna be able to use the Red Feather Fan and the Treasure Compass at the same time when looking for chests. Or use Sorush and Red Feather Fan at the same time while exploring the desert.

  30. The best thing that came from this update is the 2nd phase banners and the quick swap. Other than that, the update was hot garbage. Even more lackluster than the average genshin update.

  35. Hmmm… the Gadget Swap is somewhat of an improvement to the right direction. But it’s better to be able to use 2 gadgets at the same time without the need to swap all the time.

    for example in the Underground Chasm, i want to use the Lumenspar Light Stone & Treasure Compass at the same time without swapping gadgets. Even with the gadget swap, yes it’s faster, but i’d still be switching gadgets all the time. The inconvenience is still there (even if it’s faster to swap) because you can only use 1 gadget at a time.

    or when exploring, i wanna be able to use the Red Feather Fan and Treasure Compass simultaneously. Or use Sorush and NRE Menu at the same time. Two gadgets at the same time is better.

    Hoyoverse needs to get it right. If they’re gonna improve something, improve it to its best. I can’t rejoice fully, because the Gadget Swap feels like a half-baked QoL improvement.

  36. Im not quite agree with ppl who hate tcg, im not often play tcg, but i appreciate hoyo for makin some new content to livin up the games. I mean they consistent on f2p based games not rely to pvp or item mall matters. They could give every skin per update each character but they dont. I believe tcg just hoyo plan to fulfill wish of pvp wanters, event they make new games in turn based games like star rail, maybe to fill the gap boring content like now before fountaine release. In short believe me, hoyo knows what player wants and what they doing. If their fail no way genshin drop from top sales worldwide online games .
