There's absolutely nothing we didn't know about in 2.7 livestream (all was leaked) + no Sumeru concept arts (Inazuma arts were shown 2 updates before 2.0) killed that update for me.
I thought they would make Sumeru hype to save the dying game (viewers on twitch fell under 9k for the first time since launch on April 30th and fell even further)

commenting this at the start of the video Doro I think your mic volume is a little too loud. The video volume is fine but I feel like whenever you talk, the background video becomes a little inaudible.

I'm so excited for 2.7! I can't wait. I haven't played Genshin in a while and this has made me really excited to play.
How can you say best update ever in title when theres no good qol changes.
Events that end wich means no content.
No new maps
Kuki shinobu litrly a qiqi
No endgame
No balance changes
No new artifacts.
You guys all delusional
But if thats genshin to you then keep asking for the same shit

I'm so excited to pull for xiao! he is the reason I started playing genshin back during his rerun but I wasn't lucky enough to get him. Xiao is like a dream character that I'm always jelly about during co-op 😂 I hope I get lucky this time plus jade spear.
The new story quest looks insane
I was not amazed by this update, Yelan and Kuki look interesting as does the Archon quest, but the events did't leave me wowed though the music event and QoL inprovements are great!
So i'll log in to get Yelan and then i'll be off till Sumeru, Honkai has me completely in its grip and i rather stock up story content in Genshin then blow through it in 1 evening, just not fun right now.
I hope they pick up the pace once they got things back in order in China, this game needs more permament game modes.

For the lore fans, read the lore in the artifact archive about Xiao's new artifact set. The set actually belongs to the Electro Yaksha who has gone missing. I have a feeling Xiao's involvement in this patch will relate directly with that. <3
