For the vibro-crystal research we have done stuff where you can equip boosts, but it is a new event. One example is the potion event that they did where you could test run characters that you don't have! The Hyakunin Ikki that has already been run and the one that is coming up had it as well!
I think for dps ayato the new set is very important to give high damage also with multiplier such as vaporize
