You see the problem with Genshin Impact is that the grind is already set in stone. They can't increase WR since it just adds more grinding, the grind to get your characters to level 90 is already ridiculous. They could add a limit break system but that would be a ridiculous grind. They can't just change the game drastically in one update nor can they just add in the buffs or difficulty increase one by one since that would be too risky.

Best course of action for Mihoyo? Just don't change the game and let the game have that one broken ass character that makes everything easy. Then make her banner reruns very rare, because they can't do anything to change the game at this point. People have already spent a lot of time in the game, and then suddenly changing the progression system will anger a lot of people.
I whaled for Ganyu, if she gets nerfed, I'm never spending another penny on this game.

For the good of the game there's a few characters that need a nerf. Period. When one character enables you to steamroll all content thats cringe.

I really don't understand why characters need to be nerfed in a PvE game. If they release PvP, which I really hope they DONT do, then yes, characters should absolutely be nerfed
if we do this we run into the issue of if everything is buffed, but a person doeesnt have ganyu they could get hosed over.
If it was a PvP game, then I'd be okay with a Ganyu nerf. However, because it is a PvE game, I don't think nerfing things would make much sense. As an example, Warframe constantly nerfs and changes things. This has contributed to people having less fun with the game. I myself can't stay on the game for more than a week without wanting to go on another hiatus nowadays.

I spent at least $150 (luckily) to get Ganyu the last thing I want is to get the character I’ve wanted the most only for her to get nerfed just because of a bunch of people want to be salty about how she deals damage (some of them don’t even want to pull or don’t even want to get ganyu). Here’s a solution or two, if you don’t want her to break your little game immersion then don’t get her period and if you do want her then just don’t level her to the point where she can do all that damage, it’s that damn simple.
absolutely cannot nerf, pretty sure it is illegal at least in Japan. But if they f-up as they have, then they need to buff others as you say.
Ganyu is high risk high reward, but imagine wanting a nerf on a solo game. Instead save up for the next future character who will powercreep the others instead of complaining cause you didn't get Ganyu.
I really don’t see the point in needing her, yeah she’s strong especially for CURRENT CONTENT., but that’s for now. Also why are people complaining about a character in a PVE game, it’s not like it’s pvp and you’re going into a ranked system where everyone is spamming Ganyu and one shotting you.
They need to give options to choose world rank, poor f2p players like me would get smacked by normal mobs
