For those who wandering how it can be done, there's 4 ways to do it. AFK, Loading Mode, Lag Ping, and open chat option where they will be standing in AFK mode when u open chat to chatting someone. You can yeet everyone except that they can't see that they are being yeeted, except for you and your another friend.
I remember seeing this for the first time when I was in coop. I used my e and it sent some characters flying and I just thought it was lag at first haha.
