  7. Xingqiu's burst works with Raiden's because only the normal attack animations are required for his rain swords to attack. Beidou's burst, on the other hand, requires the active character's normal/charged attacks to deal dmg. That's the difference.

    … I main MonAyaka, and I was hoping that these two would work well with Her Excellency. I had placed the Skyward Blade on Ayaka and found that there was TOO much Energy Recharge. To the point that she fills her burst before her Cool Down even allows her to use it again. So I was thinking of pulling back on the energy recharge and give her something less on that front.

    … lo-and behold, this is only making things better now with Her Excellency involved.

    … I decided upon C2 a few days ago because I wanted to see her HURT people. And it took a lot out of this Dolphin, but I managed it thanks to the Top-Up Reset.

    … now, I have been fishing for The Catch since I never Wish on Weapon Banners… but you most certainly made her banner weapon sound most tantalizing.

    … so now i'm stuck in between just settling for The Catch at Refinement 5, or a Base Refinement Engulfing Lightning.

    … I can't tell which would be better. Or, if they are close enough due to the Max Refinement of The Catch that I don't have to go for the Banner Weapon.

    … if Kokomi wasn't next up… I might have certainly went for the weapon.

I invested so much of my f2p 20k primos on baal lol and heres what i got.c1 baal,diluc,engulfing lightning and unforged.already finished farming for r5 catch,already lv 90 her,lv 8 her burst talent and already lv90 my engulfing lightning.yup totallw worth it.only thing that woulf be over the top is if i ever get lucky enough to get her c2

  14. I‘m probably going to go for C2 for Raiden, do you think it would benefit me to go to C3? (The highest constellation I’ve ever got for a featured 5* is C1 for Zhongli.)

  21. First i got baal today she is c0 shoud i go for a baal c2 without her weapon or shoud i go first for her weapon and use her in c0 what its better i wanna use her as the Main dps in my team

  23. Shogun need very big investment to be main dps. But if u just running her as support/sub dps C0 is fine tho. No need the sig weapon too. Catch is good tho. The electro reaction itself is bad. Need rework for elemental rection and resonance.

  28. Hey Slice of Otaku I used to listen to your videos on Avatar the last Air Bender. I love them. Right now my Raiden Shogun just needs more crit damage. And I am going to get her to level 90. Any pointers on how to beat But the "electro oceanid" ?
