I wasn't sleeping on Fontaine, I was waiting for it.
I loved the trailer, so much is happening in the 2 first act, and it seems to be hella dark (i like it, but please don't kill a playable character or npc). 9/10. ALSO YEAHH TARTAGLIA IS BACK
We got an underwater maps that looks really sick, it's so pretty and good. They really worked on it. I had expectation and they exceeded. The marine animals are so cute. I'm gonna explore it for a long time.
I also loved the waterfall, the city and the cozy place. The aqueducs and the water flooty things.
I'm sorry Lyney but i'm gonna pull for Yelan (i still didn't get her ). Yay Free Lynette.
Also the music are really good, i danced while listening to it. It resonantes heavy with me.
The underground map update is really really nice, I suffered so much in Sumeru, especially the desert.
And I loved the animations and the party set up screen update are sick.
Theory: 1:29:23 The throne that we see is the throne of the court (neuvillette or her idk, but should hers since it's higher). Also the water just keep going up in fontaine, underwater ruins must have been from the ancient civilisation being sink by Celestia, and since the fontaine technology is more developed Celestia will sink them again.
When they said it's elevated, i remember enkanomiya and the chasm.
Or maybe the hydro archon is sick, and her power are drowing everyone.
Maybe Fontaine before was just a lake with rivers between the mountains, and some big ones.

So genshin devs did it, i'm back to play the game.

it might be just me, but the genshin stream was a 4/10 at best.
1 point coz the story looks amazing, (they never fail in term of archon/main story/traveler quests, in other quests, eh, depends)
1 point for all the characters designs,
1 point for free Fontaine unit,
and 1 point for how good the new region looks.
but im still not coming back. playing the game was such a chore, i got tired. it feels like i got nothing at all after all the hours of exploration, or quests.
even when i logged in after so long, just to get Kaeya's event outfit, i couldn't do it. i barely played a few hours before unistalling it.
Repeated events constantly, the amount of grinding you have to do just to make 1 of your characters decent in terms of damage/support output, lack of rewards so i can justify my time and, at the end of it be like "it was hard/it had a lot to do, but worth it coz of X reward", fights that have mechanics that makes you take so long to finish 1 fight, and the worst abyss i've ever heard (according to friends who play the game almost every day).
i do wanna see the improvements they say they'll do (like the artifact system), and even more changes would be welcome. i used to love the game, i started playing on day 1 and i was so happy to play. the HUGE open world is breathtaking, combat is fun and the main story line is great. but it's still not worth it for me yet. i'll just download the game on the 4.1 update to get Lynette.
I hope people who are hyped about the new region have fun, i'll join you another time
BTW, the first track from the musical presentation perfectly matches the rhythm of classical waltzes, and thus can be considered as one of their kind.

I’ll be back to watch the rest of the VOD but… interesting detail… Childe’s vision is missing when he appears at the end of the PV… maybe why he was using his delusion instead…
Dang it, Lyney and Lynette don't have Rosaliya and Liliya's gameplay. That would've been cool, seeing how they're siblings and they cooperate together. I thought they would make a fighting animation where they're both coordinating attacks with one another when put in the same team.
I hope that the Hydro archon is a Claymore user, I'm curious about how she will play and I think she'd look cool using a giant ass sword to bring down judgment upon her enemies. I also hope that she's not a support, the Archon is already radiating wimpy support vibes and it's making me nervous. The way she sits on that throne, looking somewhat intimidating; she better have the skills and the strength to back it up, I'm just saying.

Since I didn't see anyone point this out @UnrealDreamer the spinning glass instrument is called a Glass Armonica which consists of multiple glass bowls that are layered into each other and is kept spinning while being used. The concept is similar to the glasses with different levels of water in them to make music with them. Rob Scallion made a video on it if you're interested.

I can see the merits of the upgraded versions of established characters (cause that's exactly what Hi3 does) but it won't happen much for a long time. I mean its established that we're getting a new cast for every Nation, so at least what u said about them slowing down after Fontaine… Yeah no, it won't really work w/ the current structure of Genshin. I think the idea is its a big world, & as travellers we meet lots of people.
I do agree that I would want them to do that more, but I really can't see it happeneing to that extent any time soon if at all.
If you guys couldnt tell, childe doesnt have his vision in trailer. Wonder if smn took it or something else happened.

at least I know what the priority of the game will be, so I don't have to hope that the games I like will be the focus of this channel. at most it will only return to the main story of the game and pull characters outside of honkai but side stories or events will not be played on the stream.

So basically in the anime the humanity is made out of LCL, which is the blood of the god lilith, but at the end of the Evangelion, all of the LCL goes back to lilith in the most horrifying way while a banger song of depression playing in the background. It can't be coincidence after looking how much of big fans they are for Evangelion😂😂
