Fun fact: Furina's changing hair can be linked to her connection with her divinity. Focalors' hair is fully long which symbolises her pure divinity, while Furina's short hair represents her humanity. Which explains why her hair in Pneuma form is half-long and half-short, as it symbolises how she acted like a god while being human (a facade of divinity while being human).
This explains why her hair is short when she first met Focalor, since that is her true self. Her hair then turns into the half-long and half-short form when she did her archon succession speech and stayed that way, until she retired as archon and her hair turns short again.
It is also symbolic as it signifies that her divine side, Focalor's head getting [Redacted].

The whole of act 5 made up for the meandering and poorly paced prison arc for me lol Sumeru act 3 and 4 was also dreadfully paced and relatively uneventful hopefully Natlan doesn’t have the same act 3-4 issue.
