  1. You're so underrated and deserve more. Your videos on Gauge Theory were really nice, and you make some of the best Genshin Impact content on YouTube.
Please make character guides as well, preferably for the banner characters of the version. Would love to see a Chiori and Kazuha guide

  2. i 3* every chamber except this one because of the first half. it genuinely felt like i was playing touhou in lunatic or any other bullet hell in the hardest difficulty with just how much stuff you had to pay attention to.

dang, now i wanna play touhou rn.

  3. i was wanna suggest mono geo for the 2nd half as well! i used Itto/Gorou/Albedo/Zhongli — but ik that’s a very expensive team so if you have a well-invested Noelle she could also work and if you also have Furina you could even swap her in place of Zhongli or Albedo since she and Noelle have excellent synergy 🙌 also if you happened to pull for Chiori she can also be a good choice in the aforementioned Itto team 👍

  4. Appreciate this one, got me to stop bashing my head against resistances and just go back to Sucrose National for 12-2-1

First and third chambers I cleared with tons of time left but the second chamber was so annoying, my typical AoE teams were so Pyro/Electro heavy that the spectres took me forever.

  5. yeah doing a full run of this abyss is tough cuz the teams youde want to run on the top side's first 2 chambers mess you up in the coppelia fight. if you have neuvilette it should't be much of a problem though

  8. hi jyo 😀 just wanted to mention even if i am part of that "high dps so dont need to watch your vids in the first place", i do still enjoy watching them even for the little tips and tricks that i may overlook. youre a very well spoken and thorough person, helpful for people of all skill ranges! ive referred your abyss videos to my other "pro" level players for tips on positioning or niche mechanics (like ruin serpent charge attack)

and i dont know if youre including your elemental gauge video and ICD video, but those are must watches imo for anyone trying to elevate their skill level in this game

  9. Clicked by accident, stayed for the Vourukasha oasis music loop <3
Can attest that Bennett-XL + whoever, freeze, hyperbloom and Xiao all work for the 1st half. Could add Nilou bloom to the list.
Agree on 2nd half, too. Hyperbloom, spread/aggravate, Bennet-XL work. Yoimiya overvape or flying Diluc do the job perfectly, too.

  10. I've already 36*'s so I'm not the target audience, but I am still pretty low investment/new (I started in 3.7). Your advice about the mechanics is very good and useful for everyone, but at the same time many of the teams you showcase are things that newer players will either not have, or not have high enough investment to work. In particular the National team, Rosaria reverse melt team and Freeze team on the first side, and the reccomendation of Xiao on the first side rather than the second side. Ill go through my reasoning on each.

    1. National team: While this is certainly a powerful team, it is very dependent on cons and having pretty good artifacts. In particular not having C4 Xiangling, can make it extremely difficult (which is compounded by the fact that new players haven't been farming artifacts for years). If you are going to recommend it you should at least mention that major caveat. People who started in the early days or have been playing for a long time probably have tons of cons on all the important basic 4*'s but now it is really hard to get them because they are so far spread out and often paired with less useful 5*'s.
    2. Rosaria reverse melt team: same as the national team. It just takes a lot of time/resin/constellation investment to get good–something most new players will not have.
    3. Freeze team on first side: it is great for this chamber but you shoule at least warn about the problems in the first and third chambers. On the first chamber, the local legend frost operative has 50% cryo resistance (in addition to having nearly as much health as the boss in the second side: all on top of having 2 waves. On the third chamber the boss has a minimum of 70% resistance to cryo damage. People with high investment can clear these with a freeze team, but it is not an easy thing for a beginner.
    4. Xiao team on first side: while it is true that Xiao can be good in AOE, the same problem with the freeze team comes into play. The first has a wind operative with 50% anemo resistance, and the third also has at least 70% anemo res. You should at least mention that if you are going to recommend it to 'beginners.' This is also ignoring the same issue as the freeze team. It really needs lots of investment, and a few key characters to be able to clear with the investment most beginners will have.
This is compounded by the fact that Xiao (although most people don't know) is exceptionally strong in single target (because collision plunges and now even more so with Xianyun). None of the bosses on the second side have anemo resistance and Xiao is reasonably good on the third chamber as well because he can pretty easily transition between shield breaking and damage windows. If you are going to recommend him at all, it should probably be on the second side (for the level of investment beginners have).

Once again, very good strategy advice, but many of the teams you are recommending really aren't that good for beginners (or aren't properly qualified with the context of the other chambers).

  11. I know this is special for 12-2 but if anyone that wants to do a single team run
Freeze teams do not work well in 12-1 local legend fatui has 90% freeze res meaning they only get frozen for a very very short period of time

  12. This was definitely the toughest chamber of the three for me, especially first side. Originally I was running Kokomi-Fischl-Beidou-Kazuha against it, but swapping Beidou for Yelan worked better.

  13. this is actually such aa nice guide. im the kinda guy who can never seem to get 36 stars no matter how hard i try so i mainly opt to get 6 stars in f12 and leave it at that but man 12-2-1 was just insane for me since my dps aare only haitham, tao, raiden and ganyu, it took me many retries to get it right and get 2 stars (especially when i had to do this floor with haitham quickbloom) and each time i started to pick up on a lot of everything u talked about. all and all cool guide wish it were there before i malded my way thru 12-2 lol
