  1. These are the kinds of tourists who travel to ancient temples in foreign countries and barge inside to start loudly preaching that everybody needs to stop “worshipping satan” and accept Jeebus.

  2. I mean it kinda fine for me tho. If you just drawing character by changing thier design and call it as your own fanart without disrespect original one. smth like drawing liyue character in inazuma style or giving more detail to character

But if you use "fixing" word and disrespect original art. Then Alright, this is def crossing the line.

  3. But… not only girls redesigned here, but also guys. It's okay if you don't like it, but just don't pretend to act like "oh no evil woke ppl cover women in hijabs" or something, these are just redesigns by fans and I personally think that Yae Miko looks better here, her original design looks like she forgot to wear her miko pants

  4. [tries to put more clothes on pixels]
[does nothing to Kazuha and Heizhou]
    [does nothing to Itto]

    Uh-huh? Tell me another one.

Also, some of those would be really hard to move in, not really functional. Try to put that on Raiden Shogun when she needs to fight, and she'll tear the arms and legs away so she can actually move well. And there's your work undone.

This is the sort of issue that only exists on X-Twitter, and fortunately even the Genshin Team doesn't give a &^%$ what they think. If they ever discovered GGZ or HI3 , they'd have an aneurism, and regardless of what these X-Twits say or do, I will not wish harm on them. I do wish they would develop a sense of reason, though. Put their efforts into something that matters.

  5. Okay correct me if im wrong, but the artist who made the redesigns posted it on tiktok just for fun. I dont remember them claiming these redesigns are better or screaming because of fanservice. But twitter on the other hand…

  6. Are we to the point now where we're saying mihoyo actually has fanservice in their games? Literally the only thing that I would legitimately call "fanservice" in connection to mihoyo is a figure they released last month of one of their loli characters from Houkai Gakuen 2, Femirins, in her succubus version. She has a womb tattoo and you can take her skirt off revealing she's wearing a thong. When I found that out, I was shocked I was looking at something that came from and was approved by mihoyo.

The person who made these hilarious redesigns clearly believes that the female gender should not show any skin (literally every single female character had almost all their skin covered up, while male characters only had small design changes and additions that did not cover up any of the skin that they were showing), but I think it's a pretty big stretch to say that any mihoyo game relies on fanservice. Azur Lane? FGO? Absolutely. Mihoyo? Nah, man.
