This isn't a fair comparison. Albedo doesn't benefit off pyro resonance. also Albedo snapshots, meaning he have more buffer options and way more consistent damage-wise.

People choose albedo to make a team with navia. He creates tons of crystalize both with skill and burst, which good for navia. His skill CD is only 4 seconds, perfect for navia quickswap playstyle so if the flower breaks, it can easily be replaced.
The reason why I think chiori is not really compatible with navia is bcs navia doesn't produce geo construct, that means chiori would only be left with 1 doll and it already hits very slow, yet she needs tons of crystalize.
Meanwhile, I think chiori is very good for itto team, skill duration compatible with itto hyper carry playstyle, deals good damage, can produce 2 dolls easily with the help of the adorable ushi, and perfect battery for itto super meh ER consumption.
You can compare the dmg from these 2 chars, but apart from that I think they both have their own purposes and their own perfect teams.
Like bro my navia one shots the regisvine and looking at chiori I realize how strong navia really is and btw tho I'd say itto is also better than chiori in anyway if u don't have a strong geo dps and wondering between chiori and itto go itto 100%
