It wholly depends on wether the dendro cryo reaction and other possible future (triple) reactions will be competitive for multihit.
As it stands Ayaka can't compete with Eula on a damage level simply because phys nukes are alot easier to get damage bonusses on than cryo multihitters
If we get a pyro Xinqui that reacts on hit though (including ult) either is fine gameplay wise

Oh man I think she a pure physical build if you see her signature weapon and constellation. The problem with physical build is you can't do a super conduct and melt at same time …..that so sad because melt can do 2× damage and super conduct reduce enemy Def by(idk 30%/40%)
I am saving for eula right now. Claymore is my favorite weapon type. And I really like her fighting style and blue hair.
