Liyue = Floor 9
Inazuma = Floor 10
Sumeru = Floor 11
3: I can use any Characters however I can only level them with the resources within Mondstadt or whatever regions I have unlocked at that time.
4: No Co-Op

technichally if you get a qiqi /chongyun, you can level them up (depending on how many reruns characters with their mats get reruns)

No Offence but the rules of this series are kinda ridiculous. Recently someone made an only inazuma series and the rules are more fair and easy, they can use only inazuma characters and weapons only inside inazuma, you can leave inazuma only if there is an event or a character that need material outside inazuma and the goal is to 36 star the abbys, maybe you should do that to with monstad. Hope my advice helped:>

Simple, And not at the same time.
You need to find a few tombstones around dragon spine so the door that's close to the statue of the seven opens.
A few of these tombstones are behind other doors/puzzles like the one you need to get 3 boxes

I love Eula so I have been preparing for a long time but I think I farmed too much of her boss mats. I have 109 of them.
This is legitimately stupid. At first i figured oh ok just Mondstadt characters. That could make it difficult playing through the game. But limiting yourself to just the region is pretty dumb and boring. Talk about a waste of time. Are you really that hard up for content ideas that this was the best you could come up with. Being able to even use any character is pointless since once you reach past lvl 50 and reach higher world levels you can only lvl characters that have boss mats in the area so your fucked for pyro geo hydro and dendro. The more i think about it the dumber i realize this is.

You could do reputation quest weekly for mora. That’s something I did often, it would help a little with that.
