I'm having flashbacks to my Ayaka pulls I had to do the same thing. Your pulls for Eula are only slightly worse by about 4 wishes. I hope Mika is included he's covered in blue and you actually got his c6!
Btw the 3* weapon skyrider greatsword is better than snowtomed star silver. Skyrider greatsword can be found in liyue chests and on the top of the mountain in "guyun stone forest"

I like the idea of using Blue dressed characters. Cuz when I started watching this series I thought it was Blue characters whether it be blue haired or blue dressed.

Seeing Eula using the Dragonspine claymore gave me a bit of nostalgia when I used to equip it on her 2 years ago
For me, as long as their overall color scheme is 50% and above blue, should should be able to use them.

I would say that if the character is mostly blue (majority of the outfit, eyes, etc), it is alright. Blue haired character should always take priority. Maybe you can add some more rules to using mostly blue characters (like constellations for example).

Just go with vibe like venti and sucrose i would think are green but mika is deffo blue u could try like using the smudge tool or blur tool to mix the char and the color that they turn into is what u use. Also with me sayin venti and sucrose are green i do understand that that would severly limit ur anemo and team comps in general so yeah do a poll for sucrose but mika would def be blue
I think you should use sara instead of yelan and kaeya instead of Xingqiu for superconduct so if u have a noblesse set for kaeya that would be good

burst na4 hold skill and attack until explode
eula's best combo is tap E -> Q -> 4 normal attacks -> held e (you will get a mini nuke) and then just spamming normal attacks. this way your eula will deal the most amount of damage

Hi! I don't know how you choose if a character is "blue enough" to use, but what if you tried mixing/blending the image of a character in like a drawing app and if all the colors mixed together make a blue then it means you can use them? Idk I just thought that could be cool 😊 and could give you more characters
I got eula in 10 pulls with 3 pity. Probably the luckiest thing that happened to me all week.
