i dislike becos he not put captions
DAMN! Best soundtrack ever in genshin imo, brought tears to my eyes. This was just too fire, perfectly capture the african and native spirit man…. thanks from a brother! Also lady on the flute was going in🔥
Love seeing your excitement about djembe, what a wonderful instrument! Very easy to just pick up and riff on, awfully difficult to master
I love how they sneak the "photon of fluctuation" litemotif in so many songs
The battle theme feels like the Nathan itself is speaking to us, the traveler as we eventually go through the nation
The captions have the lyrics translated in English. You should have a listen again (on your own time ofc) and read them. It really gives a whole new layer to the enjoyment of the music.
This symphony absolutely blew me away oh my god. It's such an amazing mix of different cultures, instruments, and people. I cannot get enough of it! I'm pretty sure I contributed to half the views in the original video with how much I've been listening to it hahaha
"I'm sorry for pausing" – don't be! You nerding out about some little handdrums is what I'm here for!
theyve released live symphony performances for fontaine, sumeru, and inazuma. theyre all awesome you should check them out too
Bellissima!
Although I am Asian, music knows no borders. It resonates with us. I was moved to tears and chills. I swear to God this battle music is my favorite so far.
the music is amazing! I love it!
Wow, lets go Natlan 🔥
well, this time wish you can understand why China use 'Long live the great unity of the people of the world' as the creed of the country. If you really careabout those people from different place, show their own culture to everyone and trying to make it great, then join them together as one world, not something like 'black snow white' or 'black skin samurai'.
No matter how many times I watched Natlan live symphony I got goosebumps. Especially when reading the lyrics, it's so powerful. Makes me want to live in Natlan and become a warrior.
So, this song is probably the best music in pretty much any game. Its so well composed and written and I literally jumped out of my seat in excitement when I heard it. It has this war like character of some traditional war songs( I'm African, so I've heard some of these war songs from my tribes at least)
The language they sing in is swahili, which is an East African language mostly spoken in kenya and tanzania. One amazing thing about this language is that many tribes in this countries have contributed one way or another to this language. So basically its an amalgamation of East African tribes and a bit of Arabic as well. Its such a beautiful language and I'd say its character contributed alot to the greatness of the song. I would wish that it would be used more in orchestral settings coz it makes it so much more impressive. Baba yetu from civ 4 is one such example of swahili being used in orchestra and its insane.
That being said, as a swahili speaker myself, there are lots of issues when it comes to translation. Majority is mostly OK, but there are alot of grammatical errors etc. They probably should have consulted some native speakers to help on translating the lyrics. One example is that the words "mara ya tena" dont make sense. In the translation it should be once again once again which should be translated to "mara nyingine na nyingine". Lots of issues are present every once in a while. But otherwise, it's an amazing song. Hope natlan has more of this
NATLAN IS LITERALLY A NATION OF DRUMS… AND IM ALL HERE FOR IT!
I absolutely did tear up hearing this😢 this game has come such a long way I’m so proud for their whole team
I really go to symphony reactors since you guys appreciate the music, the story telling and the instruments that can be knowledgeable to myself as a viewer. I can really feel your excitement to the instruments used. Natlan's fire. lol
Smash that pause button dude, next time just pause from first second of video and keep it paused forever, deal?
10:59 i believe those are actually known as "talking drums." similar but not the the same as djembe
How am I supposed to be able to play the game when I need to throw my phone away and dance because this music is just so damn fire???!!!
I don't care if enemies in natlan kill my whole team. I NEED to pull out all the dance moves I have!!!
Thumbs up if u want sam to react again but with subtitles on this time 🙌🏻
You can listen to the Natlan 5.0 trailer ost on the new version preview web event, someone prob put it on youtube
yes the "big xylophone" you initially pointed out is a marimba 😂
The orchestral angels are weeping in joy
F2P Mobile game btw
what i really like about the music in this game is the recurring leitmotif of photon of fluctuation that you can find in a majority of the openworld battle themes
Awesome, I love your reaction, but sorry your voice is too high.
The womens parts just make me think about rainforests 🗣️‼️
I love when you need out to all the percussion instruments, it’s just enjoyable. I’m really excited about this music
8:57 it's a Marimba and a Balafon c:!
Me cayo bien
Conoce de genshin y es musico
Pienso que cualquier persona que tenga un poco de conocimiento musical sabe que las melodias de natlan estan preciosas 😍
