  1. Xingqiu gives defence for his teammates and more water status, not only damage, that's why he is slightly better, but they pretty much equal.

  2. Didn't maximize the full potential for Yelan dmg. Slingshot is just a stat stick for her, gonna perform better using Recurve Bow or Favonius especially on a full emblem build, could have also used 4 different elements to maximize Yelan passive to get more HP.
Also using Bennett for Yelan is useless and if its a typical team comp Xingqiu won't be dealing that kind of dmg since he doesn't snapshot Bennett ult.

  3. Is there a reason why he pronounces Maguu Kenki as Kaguu Menki? Might have missed something. But other than that, this is a very great reference for pulling/building yelan as compared to xinqiu. Nice work!

  4. This all pretty much matches my own testing with the two. The take away is that c0 Yelan is (in most cases) a comparable slot in for Xingqui. Obviously some comps will need Xingqui still as he does provide more hydro application and a sizeable amount of mitigation (Taser comps without a healer).

What is important is, c6 Xingqui is easily one of the best characters in the game (Backbone of the entire pyro element and the benchmark for all other hydro characters). c0 Yelan being comparable in most cases automatically makes her one of the best 5*s in the game by association. Then there is how disgustingly good the two are when paired together. If you've not tried them on the same team you really ought to.
