U should atack the cryo mage first since the other 2 enemies will come to u o.o
MC Geo, slightly hold the boulder then cast, its faster. MCs ult area increases crit rate, generally you want it down after bennet. Geo daddies pillar plays off of Geo MC structures so always want to place them in a manner that doesnt destroy on drop and they explode for a second hit. They can also be used for the double hit if the enemy does a high damaging attack breaking them early (ruin guards spin for instance, drop it near them as they spin, they they break it, hitting 2s).
Geo MC slaps, and has full C6 unlike the majority of your characters short of hardcore whaling.
Anemo traveler is better in some situations
what you need to do on floor 12-3 with geo comp is to atk the cryo cicin first, skill of zhong with main character to group cryo cicin mage near the upcoming assasin and electro cicin mage, mainly the assassin's creed will get near faster and the electro cicin will luckly get in as well, burst them with zhong and blow them with the geo contructs resonance, then use main character's burst since they petrified and the burst will not blow them away, kill cryo cicin mage and assasin in 30s like this, electro cici mage will be the last one but at half hp so you just clap it fast enough, of course in phone for 3*, its an stimated of 1min to clear it like that in full geo team, but the idea im completely sure its the same. First half just try to get a consistent 1min and a half, second half should be enough with that time and perfect grouping from main character and zhong.
Edit: just to mention, and something everyone knows, geo traveller burst is insane, yes, but it messes up the grouping so you need to be carefull when using it, but zhong petrification is there to help them not to move, so just take that into consideration, also placing the skill must be done correctly, if not it will make the enemies get stuck over it, and this also happens with her burst geo construct and it can consume valuable time for the 3*
I gotta say MC is actually a really good unit I can do around 20k es and 10-11k ult with HoD (slaps real hard) and they're epic for Zhongli users even tho my Zhongli is tank/shield build so his dmg is really tiny lol
Overall I'd rate the MC a 8/10 as a character because can do big dmg with decent artifacts the only bad thing is that their talent level isn't the same when switch to other elements (I build both his anemo and geo and I regret it. Should've stick with geo only)

I love geo MC, except for the fact sometimes his E make mobs stuck on top of it and suddenly it respawn somewhere with full HP (I've never used MC ever since, I don't know if Mihoyo fixed this or not).
