We might be getting 800 primogems for free in the upcoming days, as Genshin Impact has won another award for the best mobile game. In case you didn’t know, Genshin Impact was nominated for the best mobile game at Gamescom 2024, and guess what—even though it has been four years since its release, Genshin Impact has won the award for the best mobile game.
And with great awards come great rewards as well. As we have seen in the past, when Genshin Impact won the Grand Award at the PlayStation Partner Awards in December 2023, the officials announced that they would give away 800 Primogems to all players as a token of gratitude. Therefore, we might be getting another 800 primogems for free in the next week or so, and you can expect the announcement to be made on Twitter or any other Genshin official channel soon.
Last time, the rewards were sent via 4 in-game mails, so 200 primogems were sent to all players at the server reset time each day. Something similar is expected to happen this time as well. Both Zenless Zone Zero and Genshin Impact earned nominations for the Best Mobile Game award at Gamescom 2024, and Genshin has put another prize in Hoyoverse’s pockets.
Last year, Genshin Impact lost the award to Sky: Children of the Light, but this year told a different story. Zenless Zone Zero was also in the Best Mobile Game award category, and many expected that Zenless Zone Zero would be the sure-shot winner. However, Genshin still pulled through and is all set to celebrate its upcoming 4th anniversary with an accolade to its name.
