She's an Archon she'll lean more towards being totally busted for high cost bursts like Sara, Ayaka or Sucrose.
She's also completely immune to Electro-charged which I think should tell people which elemental reaction she favours. While no it can't crit it's still a super underrated elemental reaction because of the AoE and stagger it has.
Electro-charged with Mona and Fischl carried me for the first few months of the game until Ganyu came out so I might be biased. xD

the point is just wait if you don't know how the team composition. baal is the best support for eula, if you have eula just go for baal and you won't regret (no need to add diona as cryo battery in team) . do not confuse about baal electro reaction because her purpose is only doing raw electro damage while recovering energy for every party member. she is team battery , no matter how low your team energy recharge as long as baal can reach above 250 she can refill full energy to every party member.

Nah just pull for her, she is the best energy recharger character that can fill every team member energy regardless of their element. i bet she will be usefull for future dps that need more than 90 energy , yae probably or some other niche character that have hard time to recover energy. just speculation however, i see this comming
Best thing to do for those still saving. Pull on the last 5 day before her banners over. That way there will be more test and videos offered on you. And give you a choice wether you pull or not.
If you think the character looks cool, go for it, it's a single player game to have fun, you're not competing with anyone, stop being meta slaves, you don't need good characters to complete the whole game anyways
