Dehya is pretty strong but I do wish her skill would activate 100% instead of the low amount she does now but besides that I'm fine with Dehya just wish I could use Xingqiu/Yelan for her.
OR build her as a physical dps with both 2 piece 25% phys dmg, hella crit, and use normal attacks then E then switch to hyper cary yelan for her E then vape for 65k then repease EZ W
