I've been using him in my main team and he's honestly a great sub-dps. Good AOE damage, elemental mastery boost for the whole team and makes it a little easier to explore the world with his elevator. He doesn't need to be on the field himself to be useful since the flower lasts almost forever even if he isn't there.

And wanna know why Klee was in Albedo’s Demo?
Because Albedo is Klee’s brother but both aren’t related by blood. They have a sibling relationship since Klee’s mom is Albedo’s master and she wanted him to call her Mom as well. She gave Albedo the responsibility to take care of Klee while she goes on an adventure and their relationship is very cute!
