You can see Kuronushi figure for the last picture in the Legends of Kasen Main Story with a hydro attack. That’s the figure of Scaramouche The Balladeer, and also you can see him in the last Irodori Festival cutscene. Somebody on YouTube manage to see Scaramouche’s whole 3d model and animation in this particular cutscene probably with glitch. We can see here Scaramouche running animation just like other playable characters. Usually HOYOVERSE only add skeleton data to the NPC 3d models and use mocap animation to that NPC or standard basic NPC animation. If you see his previous cutscene animations, most of his motion animations are mocap animations, not from playable character animation data. So there is a chance Hoyoverse have already prepared Scaramouche for a playable character in the future. Prepare your Freemogems or Free Primogems or Free Intertwined Fates probably in Genshin Impact version 3.1

Then i could imagine him using a catalyst in his 1st phase in boss fight
And a sword for his 2nd phase with baal's gnosis. I'd be fun if he's using a sword made by Katsuragi even though it's centuries old. Even then it's better than using a dull blade to fight an archon.
