I'm either going to build her as a physical carry or a support for my Noelle. Kuki seems like she can trigger crystalize pretty often and have good enough healing to work well with Noelle. Noelle can party heal to cover Kuki's HP loss and with the constant crystalize shields, would make for a well protected Noelle.

What about Eula Rosaria (Favonius) Kuki (Favonius) Beidou? I personally think this could make a very nice team personally. Say you think using Raiden for Eula is a bit sus and dislike it, but still want a insane Electro on the team and maintain all the benefits (battery, phys shred, crit buff, noblesse+tenacity) that most Rosaria teams offer, this seems like it should be the way.

Spent over 2000 gems and spent over 20 days getting stuff for itto and I end up with her instead
if u don’t have zhongli use yun Jin for kuki shinbou she will get more dealers with Bennett and “Rosaria” (if u don’t have yelan)
I actually like her. She becomes more useful in 2 player coop. My friend could pair her with Eula and i like to use Diona for a little extra sustain and i can boost her EM.

I was actually going to wish for itto for this banner, but seeing how bad kuki is, i dont even wanna bother (especially since i already have itto C1 and maxed gorou) ill probably save up for that anemo catalyst boy x.x

Remember, this game does not have meaningful end game content. It doesn't matter if a character is bad. If you like the character, always go for them!

Managed to snipe her with a guaranteed (which is very nerve-wrecking), liked her style, her hair is cool and weird at the same time, just another support that I won't touch for a long time I guess…

Yeah, I really wanted a decent 4* with a great look and kit, and she's meh. her only advantage over Barb is she's electro, which isn't saying much XD. I'm hoping the do something at least, perhaps with her constellations or at least something with dendro. It almost feels like they didn't want her to be too competitive with Raden, but they wanted her to heal and provide support, but they didn't want her to go too far in any specific direction. Fischl is amazing DPS and off field DPS support, Xiangling is amazing off field support, but raiden can't compete with either in those categories. And Razor beats her in raw DPS.
The only reason I rolled her is I like here look and kit, and I wanted an electro healer (sort of). But yeah, it amazes me that the know how little Barb is used, but they eseentially gave us a Barb with less heals and no actual advantages, save battery. But she'll probably be in my Beidou team since she can take up that heals slot as well as batter power. But then we have Fischl and Diona that sort of work better…I dunno. dissapointing. I'll probably just build her up as a physical carry wanna be so I can at least run around open world with her and enjoy the feels.
theres two theories i have as to why shinobu ended up with this super niche set:
1. she's supposed to be primarily used with itto
2. something about her specific niche might be helpful in the future
as for the first theory, maybe the developers were trying their best to align her with the lore of the characters, and it sort of work to some extent? say you have itto, gorou, then another geo support—you would have one more slot, and i think kuki is supposed to take that last slot as a healer/buffer with 4p tenacity. it's kinda awkward bc if you run any other healer, the team would still continue to be fine…
as for the second, it really seems like kuki's kit has a hard time finding its place in current team comps and characters, so the developers might be trying to find a way to incorporate her skills in certain content? a similar phenomena happened when kokomi released, and everyone was like "lol we don't need a second barbara!" and eventually became a sought-after healer due to the addition of corrosion and hard-hitting enemies
I c 6 her cuse for free wishes and i might use her try someting new and finaly maxed my dog boy to 6 trying a new character 4 healing is go exp to test out and have fun
This is the secod 4* that i REEEEALLY want after Yanfei, but my pulls are at 60 since Raiden…. i'm in pain right now.

2:44 so if you boost Shinobu's elemental mastery using sucrose for exemple.. Does her passive get boosted aswell ? Or is the scaling based only on her personnal EM ?

My favourite thing about Kuki is her exploration passive. I always use 20h expeditions and the bonus materials are very welcome. 🙂

I've been waiting for an electro healer for my mono-pyro lavawalker Klee team. Klee kazuha and xiangling should be able to outmuscle kuki's electro application, to keep good uptime on lavawalker and let EM Kuki trigger the overloads. Knockbacks are actually pretty good with Klee and kazuha, hopefully it works out.
Your taser team suggestion actually improved my spiral abyss runs. I ran the same taser team with the exception of replacing xq with childe and managed to get more stars than I had. Thank you.
3:21 if you below half HP it not only hits for 3.5s instead of 2.0s but the damage scales for 69.2%maxhp instead of 40.44%max hp every hit, and taking in consideraction her C4 and C6 it's clear that her playstyle is supposed to be played stacking insane HP on her with artifacts and lowering your HP with Elemental Skill then quickly switching characters so Kuki doesn't heal herself, and by the point she's below half HP you start to do way better damage with her ult while taking a risk she dies (that's where C6 comes in to help you with surviving). I find this concept amazing and I'm trying to test everything myself since no ones seems to be doing it but I need more artifacts, I'm thinking about using Millileth + Noblesse.

She's not even a good healer imo, no emergency instant large full party healing like Jean or Barbara and the healing ticks are slow and there is a delay in the initial heal that reduces her health and if your playing her right she will not heal herself, oh and she has no invincibility on her skill activation so playing her right she will be at 20 percent HP and making a mistake when activating her skill will get her killed. The only team I'd use her in is taser but tbh I'd rather just use Barbara if I needed a healer that badly but I don't after playing taser for so long without a healer. I still have hope that dendro will redeem her though but maybe that's copium because I really like her character and design, it's just a shame that her kit is what it is.

Got her c6 while chasing itto. Is she viable as healer for itto team?. Doesnt have zhong li. I have c4 gorou, c4 noelle. Is it good enough to be a viable for abys team with c0 itto?

Does iron sting buffs your team, or only the wielder? Does it work off field? I've heard it doesn't work

I honestly think we're at the point where no new 4 star character is going to be meta defining. It's clear Hoyoverse doesn't want to make another Xingqiu or another Xiangling. So they are making characters to fill different roles that will still be viable as the meta expands (Yun Jin is a great example of this). And tbh that's all they need to do.
I don't think characters need to be "more optimal" because at this point, anyone who wants to 36* the abyss has been doing it for a long time and doesn't need another character for that.
Plus she doesn't need good attack lol she's a healer.
REMOVE BENNETT XIANGLING AND XINGQIU FROM THE GAME! FORCE PLAYERS TO USE OTHER CHARACTERS!!
