  6. The bad thing (and for me, dealbreaker) for cryo melee setups is that Chongyun/Xingqiu are basically "must-have" for the setup to actually function, and sadly that heavily limits your team flexiblity. Also, if you don't like/have them.. guess it's a bit of a yikes moment.

    If anyone here doesn't care much about later abyss (talking last stages, not the whole thing), don't be discouraged to try it out. Phys dmg builds are fine (for domains/world bosses/events), and you get way more flex slots to play around with and enjoy the game!

  8. I think, as far as BP spear vs Blackcliff, it'll come down to the team composition. Not just whether or not you have the cryo bonus, but who you are combo'ing her with. If she's with Klee or Hu Tao, that means pure pyro damage, and the mob likely won't have cryo status. So if I had a Deathmatch, that's probably what I'd use for her, since I want to use her in that support role. But I don't, so will have to decide between Favonius (high attack, energy recharge until such time she gets her C4), Dragon's Bane (Hu Tao should have pyro status on things, and will have to see who is triggering the reaction to determine if the EM has value), or the Blackcliff Pole. I expect it'll be the latter, though.

    As far as physical builds go, I think stacking of various buffs could also lead to it being less effective. Phys on goblet, phys on Dragonspine, and then another phys bonus from 2 piece Chivalry, that will all be additive with each other. So rather than going with a phys bonus on the weapon, you might be better off with something else, like crit or attack %, a different multiplier. Though attack % will also be less helpful for her on a weapon due to that being her bonus stat, meaning any additional attack % will result in a lower percentage damage gain than it would for a character with a different bonus. Of course, you could go for the four piece bonus from Gladiator or Chiv, but that's just more DMG to certain attacks, so would be like stacking more Phys DMG. That's why, even for a phys build, you might be better off going with the cryo set. But yeah, overall, I think phys builds are like Qiqi and Barbara. They're nice early on, still feasible later, but outperformed in the late game by the greater scaling potential of other things/characters.

    Anyway, since she's a four star, and I have no interest in the other characters on the banner, other than getting one more Barb to C6 her would be nice), my plan is to stop rolling the moment I get her. Her constellations will come later, in time. Not like I really have the resources to build her now anyway.

  9. Rosaria just have phys buff build on C6. So if you don't have C6, she can do both phys or cryo build.

    Full Phys build in the game just good on razor and xinyan. Its works well because their ult also works well for phys build.

    Phys build from now not very good build. But, Eula in future Will change the game.
    She literally *5 phys build Chara. Her ult totally build for phys build like xinyan. And, because she is a claymore user, cryo set not so good on her.

  14. I'm gonna be using dragon's bane on Rosaria, running melt comp.
    The passive "increase damage against enemies affected by pyro" will be perfect and I have a pretty stacked Xiangling too.

  15. Is it just me or nobody is going to run melt comp with Rosaria? I mean she is a Cryo character. So why is nobody talking about putting her in a melt comp? That makes absolutely no sense lol.

  16. The stupid cryo artifacts again that is so fucking hard to get. Wonderful great just great there goes my build no physical build and oh i cant even get a good cryo artifact coz team always die because of that fucking giant ice hilicurl. Just gonna pull for her but to build her no i dont have those annoying items you mentioned anyway lol.

  21. For some reason I feel Kaeya might still outshine Rosaria… His ultimate seems more consistent at support compared to hers. Maybe I'll be wrong once she drops, so let's see!

  26. just my 2c but I feel like physical dmg is getting a bad rep. Mostly because they have no reaction, which help with dmg like Vaporise or Melt, or frozen for CC. But Superconduct is a pretty good debuff that has no CD, and no element to react also means no element to be resisted.

  27. The new Phys set and since Zhongli is going to be re-run eventually, Phys builds seem to be the next meta change
    Especially with EULA being phys and cryo centered
    It all points to Mihoyo changing the meta to Phys for a while

  44. I’m building physical Rosaria just because all of my other Cryo characters are built to do Cryo damage. I’d rather have a bit of diversity over maximizing their potential.
