The fox girl is kitsune saiguu, youll know more about her in the sacred sakura cleansing quest
Their names are Sasayuri, Chiyo and Saiguu in that order. Don't know who is the look alike. Sasayuri died during the Civil war with he giant snake, Chiyo got corrupted and Sasayuri got her memories and body broken during the fall of Khaenriah.
Both Chiyo and Saiguu disappeared and not confirmed dead. However to note that Chiyo lost her sword arm and horn during the fight with Baal.

Mihoyo really keeping the archon tradition of losing loved ones, huh. This time, Baal gets the heaviest melancholy dealing with 3 people taken away from her. And a potential fourth one (the last one who disappeared when she touched), too. No wonder our Raiden Shogun went a little cray cray!

Her demon female BFF was consumed by darkness and attacked Baal, forcing her to kill her BFF, losing her BFF. The one that looks like Sara with the Tengu mask died in battle i think. And the other one pass on as well. All this happened during the great cataclysm centuries ago so Baal turns cold and emotionless and is trapped in her tragic eternity…..

The guy on the left was sasayuri a tengu like sara, and he was an ally and a general of the shogun's army 500 years ago, but he died in the civil war btw the people of inazuma that believes in the shogunate and the people of watatsumi island that believes in orobashi the serpent god, the girl on the middle is chiyo who was an ally of the shogun too, but she was corrupted in the stomach of an abyssal beast during the fall of khaenri'ah making her atack baal and loosing an arm and a horn during the battle, she escaped on the forest, most people think that she might be dead, and the fox lady was saiguu, a kitsune ally of the shogun, and the previous fox envoy before yae miko, she died during the cataclysm, but found a way to keep her consciousness and purpose back on narukami island in the form of a mysterious masquerade miko named kazari to protect the sacred sakura tree on the great narukami shrine
