  1. at a buffet, i personally sneak corndogs into the buffet so others can enjoy them. I hide 6 corndogs in my jacket pockets. it then, is a joy for me to see other patrons of the establishment eat my corndogs thinking they were part of the buffet.

  2. I love metafictionnnnnnnn, my god, even if I didn't already love Furina I would be kind of obsessed with this teaser. Anything that blurs the line between fate and narrative, any story about stories, that is SO up my alley I can't wait for 4.2.
I also think it's interesting to contrast Neuvillette and Furina's sentiments about the Opera versus where they physically sit in it. Neuvillette is up on the stage presiding over everything, and iirc in his trailer and demo talks about viewing the trials as almost a reflection of himself, a way to learn about humanity, justice, and his own nature — so, despite being up on the stage, he is in many ways an audience member. Furina meanwhile sits in the audience of every trial and performance, but is also an actress, playing her role and maybe even watching as the rest of Fontaine's people do the same from the seats next to her… I like how inverted their roles feel.

Oh oh also a tiny detail, but I LOVE how the pictures on the table are animated at around 0:54. They already look like they're moving underwater, not in the breeze! It really emphasizes the feeling of facade, that (in this teaser) the opera house was already flooded from the start…
