I'm gonna pull for her but I'm not sure I will get her, my luck is terrible.
I absolutely love Chiori! I keep seeing different info saying, "she is good with Navia," "she isn't good with Navia," "you need her at this constellations," but like I'm pulling for her because I love her attitude! Regardless of meta, my future team will probably be Navia and Clorinde (the girlfriends) Chiori (the third wheel), and we'll figure out the 4th spot later but since Navia needs crystalize shards based on geo mixing with other elements, these three will probably work well together!
