In resume for teams who use Furina his c1 is OP because you can Max his passível and its multiplier so 3 Stacks do ALOT of dmg , because with Furina you can only do 2 hydro reaction , BUT if you going use with another teams with he Being The only hydro his weapon is certain OP

me with jade r5 i will skip eternal flow and going for C3 neuvillete. i saw the diference of the damage of that 2 weapons and its just 6% diference.
Finally there's a comparison of this cause most of them don't know and said that even c1 there's a lot difference but nah, just go for c1 unless you have 180+ pulls then risk for sig weapon

Easiest answer, if u have guaranteed to get the sig weapon then you can choose if you want his C1 or even a chance to get c2, IF your not guaranteed to get sig weapon just get his C1.

But if you want to make the weapon guaranteed 💯 you should spend at least 180 wishes if you’re unlucky then more 90 wishes to get it, also the percentage of getting this weapon is lower than getting Neuvillette itself, I mean it’s not 50/50 like character banners, So for me I prefer to get Neuvillette and his C1.

just saying, the C1 of neuvilette gives high resistance,so actually replace zhongli with a random sub-dps(like nahida) will does much more damage than zhongli+the tone

it's important to know that as you said, c1 provide resistance to interruption so for someone that doesn't have zhongli or any shielder, it might be more valuable than the sig weapon. also for someone that doesn't have furina, the weapon is way better because you can't really make use of the c1 effect
When is his rerun?
You can do like 80k dmg on c1 by replacing zhongli with a buffer since c1 doesnt need a shielder
It looks like nearly same bc u actually do not need to use zhongli on C1 u can use more efficiency sub dps unit like nahida, fischl, baizhu, raiden or etc. In that way C1 is more worthy on total damage than signature.
