And I can say.
Don’t summon on this banner unless you are LEGIT in love with keqing. She’ll always be there in the normal banner and event banners. Wasting primos on her own special banner is something you should avoid.
Plus c1 keqing is complete dogshit so if you can’t afford or only want to reach c1 don’t waste your primos

I got Keqing in my first pull in her banner. I badly want Keqing before but when I started using her, I'm not really satisfied with her elemental skill. I still preferred Razor's over her.

This is a win for F2P players who wanted her or just wanted more time to save up more Primogems (Even though if they had just given the same amount of time for Xiao’s banner that they did every limited character it would be the same amount of time..), but this sucks for whales or people who spend money and have to wait 2 weeks just to get Hu Tao. I don’t have Keqing, but I rather have a cute but weird pyro polearm waifu.

honestly , she is a great character if you dont have her . i know that u can pull her in the regular banner , but the chances are very low , while in the banner you can get her guaranteed if u hit pitty .i honestly would love a deluc banner too since i dont have him and he is the only character im interested in now .
the only people who are complaining about this banner are the whales who already have every single five star character in the game and wanting new ones . f2p players need these type of banners to have a higher chance to get the character they want .i my self didnt get deluc and would love a deluc banner .
