To those people saying Baal is bad because she needs her teammates' bursts so she gains more burst damage, it's like saying Xiao is bad because you need to plunge to get his damage.

I want my Baal to do dmg, so maybe C2 + engulfing lightning. C2 adds 40% dps, engulfing lightning adds 50% dps.
